Saijo's Kamoizumi brewery has been operating successfully since 1912, and continues to serve its signature golden sake to Japan and the world. During a tour of the brewery you are able to see the different areas reserved for the different sake brewing stages. Everything from where the rinsing of the rice takes place to where the final product is squeezed out is on display. Inside the brewery you also have the chance to watch a video about the sake making process, which makes seeing all the different areas of the brewery that much more special.
